We all know the Festival of the Horse is greatly anticipated each year by the community and especially so now; as it is a way to celebrate togetherness, possibly for the first time in many months. Public safety, however must be of the utmost importance. The Festival of the Horse Committee is closely monitoring the Governor’s guidelines and anxiously awaiting the release of guidelines for large gatherings at Festivals and Events. There are many factors that must be taken in to consideration when determining the future of the Festival this year including funding, sponsorships, partnerships and public safety. In the best interest of the Festival, a determination will be no later July 15, 2020.
Payments will be deposited after July 15 when the final decision regarding the Festival of the Horse is made.
Interested in becoming a vendor at the Festival of the Horse?
The Festival of the Horse offers THREE categories of vendor booths: artists & craft, commercial, and food.
Artists and Craft Vendors: Products must be handmade, painted, crafted etc. No commercially produced items may be sold.
Commercial Vendors: Selling of various commercial-products, including, but not limited to, t-shirts, sunglasses, hats, clothes, jewelry, stickers, books, etc. Commercial vendors are not permitted to sell or give away food or drinks.
Food Vendors: The Festival of the Horse offers a variety of food options though the Festival area. In order to avoid duplication of food items, the number and type of food vendors will be limited. Vendors are encouraged to consider food items that are unique.
