By popular demand, we have changed the Festival of the Horse to the earlier dates of September 9-11, 2016. This change makes it necessary to downsize the size of the event this year as we anticipate fewer vendors due to many vendors having prior commitments.
We are having a smaller carnival and local musicians. Booths will be eliminated along West Main Street, as we will not have the necessary foot traffic. Booths will run from Broadway to Mulberry St. and the priority will be local crafters, some food, and a few commercial, information, and game vendors.
Please be patient as we go through this transition phase. We hope to grow the Festival in the coming years. If you are not selected this year, please know we appreciate your interest in participating in the Festival of the Horse and hope you will re-apply next year.
Applications postmarked no later than June 15, 2016 may deduct $10.00.

All events are free. Downtown Georgetown. Friday 4 p.m.-10 p.m.; Saturday 11 a.m.-10 p.m.; Sunday 11 a.m.-5 p.m.
